PremiumEarbuds.com LIMITED WARRANTY

Our 5 year Limited Warranty is available for purchase on all of our cases.

WHO IS COVERED? This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. A copy of the original email containing the order receipt or order number is required for warranty service.

WHAT IS COVERED? PremiumEarbuds.com warrants that this product (the “Product”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of five years from the original purchase date (“Limited Warranty Period”).

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
• Normal wear and tear of Product use
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
• Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Simply email us at info@PremiumEarbuds.com with your order number, name, mailing address, and the item you would like replaced.

The replacement will only be for the same item purchased before.

There is a shipping and handling charge of $4.99 per item for regular delivery.

Once you receive your replacement, you’ll be required to return the product to us at your expense. This is required for all further replacements
